Terms of Service

These terms apply to company-in-liechtenstein.com, its enquiry and onboarding forms and its payment pages. Last updated: 5 November 2026.

Who we are

This site is run by Vaduz Corporate Solutions, trading as VCS, at Rietstrasse 42, 9490 Vaduz, Liechtenstein. "We" and "us" on this page mean Vaduz Corporate Solutions. You can reach the Legal department on +423 210 0003, Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00 (CET/CEST), or by email at info@company-in-liechtenstein.com. By using the site, sending a form or paying an invoice, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the forms or the payment pages.

What this site is

The site gives information about company formation, administration, tax, licensing and related topics in Liechtenstein. It is general information. It is not a personal recommendation on legal, tax or investment matters and it does not replace the written opinion of a licensed professional on your own facts.

Please check the date on a page before you rely on a figure. Figures and statute references are checked against the sources named on each page on the date shown, and they can change. Cookies and analytics are described in the Cookie Policy.

How reserved work is delivered

We are the technical partner. We prepare documents, check them, coordinate the steps and keep your file in order.

Some acts are reserved by law to licensed professionals. Formation for third parties, board mandates and trusteeships, tax advice and bookkeeping are trustee activities under Article 2 of the Trustee Act (TrHG). Representation in court and legal opinions are reserved to lawyers, and patent representation to patent attorneys. In each case a licensed Liechtenstein trustee, lawyer or patent attorney, named in your engagement letter, performs the reserved act. We do not.

The engagement letter governs any service. Where this page and the letter differ, the letter applies.

Enquiries and online file opening

An enquiry sent through the contact form, or a file opened through online file opening, is a request for a first conversation and a quotation. It is not an engagement. Nothing you send through a form obliges either side. A service starts only when you and the licensed partner have signed the engagement letter.

Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Enquiries are delivered by email to info@company-in-liechtenstein.com. What the forms collect and why is described in the Privacy Policy.

Payments on this site

You pay an invoice on the invoice payment page by card or by cryptocurrency. Card payments go through Stripe Checkout. Crypto payments go through our crypto payment processor. The amount on the invoice is the amount you pay. We do not list service prices on this site, because every service is priced on request. The payee is Vaduz Corporate Solutions, Rietstrasse 42, 9490 Vaduz, Liechtenstein.

Payment parameters on the invoice payment page

ItemValue
Invoice referenceTwo to four capital letters, a hyphen and four or more digits, as printed on your invoice

Amount50 to 50,000 in the invoice currency

Refunds and cancellation

You may ask us to cancel an invoice before work on it has started. Write to the Legal department at info@company-in-liechtenstein.com and quote the invoice reference. We confirm in writing whether the work has started and what, if anything, is due.

If a refund is due, we decide it on the facts of your file and pay it back to the method you used for the original payment, in the same currency. Fees already paid out to a licensed partner, a register or an authority for work that has been done are not part of a refund.

The engagement letter for your file sets the refund terms for that file, including any period in which you can withdraw. Please read it before you pay. If you paid by card or crypto and think a payment was taken in error, write to us with the invoice reference and the date, and we will look into it with the payment provider.

A refund request does not affect your other rights under the law that applies to you.

Intellectual property of this site

The text, layout, photographs and graphics on this site belong to Vaduz Corporate Solutions or are used under licence. Quotations of statutes come from the official sources named on the pages.

You may read, print and quote the pages for personal and internal use if you credit the source. Any other reuse, including copying pages to another site, needs our written permission.

Limitation of liability

Information on the site is given in good faith and may be out of date. Decisions you take on the basis of a guide are your own responsibility until a licensed partner has confirmed them in writing for your case.

We are not responsible for the content of external websites we link to, or for interruptions of the site, the forms or the payment pages. Liability for the services themselves is set out in the engagement letter, not on this page. Nothing on this page excludes a liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law and jurisdiction

The engagement letter for each file names the governing law and the courts that are responsible for disputes about that file. For disputes about the use of this site alone, the law and courts that apply to Vaduz Corporate Solutions as the operator of the site apply.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the last change. A change applies to enquiries and payments made after that date. An engagement letter you have already signed is not changed by an update to this page.
