About Vaduz Corporate Solutions
Vaduz Corporate Solutions (VCS) is the technical partner behind a Liechtenstein company: Building Your Corporate Legacy, from the articles of association to the licence.
Who we are
VCS is a legal and administrative centre in Vaduz. We are the technical partner that takes care of the paperwork side of a Liechtenstein entity: we prepare the documents, check them against what the register and the authorities ask for, coordinate the people involved and keep the file in order.
For a founder this means one desk instead of five. You do not have to approach a trustee, a notary, the commercial register, the tax office and the FMA one by one. Your enquiry reaches our Legal department, and we take it from there.
What we do
Company formation and new structures
We prepare the file for a new entity and for the form that suits it: Aktiengesellschaft formation, GmbH formation, Anstalt registration or a holding company structure.
Ready-made companies and administration
We offer ready-made companies and keep an entity in order afterwards: registered office and local representative, nominee and board mandates, changes to a company, mergers and conversions and winding up a company.
Foundations and trusts
We prepare the file for a Liechtenstein foundation or a Liechtenstein trust and coordinate it with the licensed partner who acts.
Tax and accounting
Tax advisory, bookkeeping and tax filings and VAT registration, prepared by us and carried out by the licensed partner.
Intellectual property
Trademark registration, patent filings and IP enforcement and domain disputes, with the file prepared by us.
Licensing, financial regulation and crypto
FMA licensing, CASP authorisation, payment and e-money licences, token offerings and fund structuring.
Who performs the reserved work
Some acts in Liechtenstein are reserved to licensed professions: forming a company, filing at the register, board mandates, tax advice, bookkeeping, liquidation and IP representation. A licensed Liechtenstein trustee, lawyer or patent attorney, named in your engagement letter, performs each of these acts. VCS prepares the documents, collects what is needed and coordinates the work between you and that partner.
