Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Vaduz Corporate Solutions (VCS) collects through this website and its forms, why, who handles it, how long it is kept and how you can use your rights. It covers the website company-in-liechtenstein.com, the contact, onboarding and payment forms, and cookies. Last updated: 5 November 2026.

Who is responsible for your data

The controller is Vaduz Corporate Solutions, Rietstrasse 42, 9490 Vaduz, Liechtenstein. You can reach the Legal department, which handles enquiries, at info@company-in-liechtenstein.com or on +423 210 0003, Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00 (CET/CEST). Saturday and Sunday are closed. Who works here is on the page about the people at VCS.

What this policy covers

The policy applies to everything you do on this website: reading pages, sending the contact form, opening a file online and paying an invoice. Use of the services themselves is set out in the Terms of Service. When a licensed Liechtenstein trustee, named in your engagement letter, takes over a mandate, that trustee handles your data for the mandate under the engagement letter. This policy does not cover that work. Links from this site to official sources, such as the register or the supervisory authority, lead to sites with their own policies. We do not run a newsletter, and we do not sell personal data or use it for automated decisions about you.

Personal data you send us in a form

Each form asks only for what it needs to answer you or to open your file.

Data you enter, by form

formwhat you enterwhy we need it
Contact formname, email address, phone number, company, the service you ask about, your messageto answer your enquiry
Online file opening (onboarding)contact details and the details the form asks for about the company and the people behind itto prepare the file for the licensed trustee
Invoice paymentinvoice number, payer name, email addressto match the payment to the invoice

The onboarding form is described on the page for online file opening. You decide what you write in a free-text field, so please leave out anything the form does not ask for, such as health data or details about people who are not part of your enquiry. If you send us data about other people, for example directors or shareholders, please make sure they know it is shared with us for the file.

Context sent with every form

Every form on this site sends some information about your visit together with your enquiry. It travels in the same email, so that the team can answer you properly and can tell a real enquiry from spam.

We rely on our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry and in telling spam from enquiries.

How long it is kept

The context is stored with the enquiry email and kept for as long as that email is kept.

What is never sent

The contents of your cookies are never sent. Only the consent state and the analytics id listed above are.

Payments

Card payments are made on the payment page of Stripe, our card processor. Crypto payments are made with our crypto payment processor. Your card or wallet details go to the processor on its own page and not to us. On our side we keep the invoice number, the amount, the currency and the status of the payment, so that we can match the payment to the invoice. If a payment fails or is cancelled, we keep only the fact that it was not completed. Payment data is used for matching and bookkeeping and for nothing else, and it is not used for marketing.

Cookies and analytics

Two things are strictly necessary and need no consent: the Cloudflare Turnstile check, which keeps automated traffic away from the forms, and the form nonce, which protects a form from being sent twice or forged. Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity load only after you accept them in the consent banner, under Consent Mode v2. If you decline, they stay off. The Cookie Policy lists the cookies one by one.

How long we keep data

We do not keep personal data for longer than it is needed. An enquiry email, with its visit context, is kept for as long as the enquiry or the resulting engagement needs it, and for as long as the law requires us to keep the record. Payment records are kept for as long as the law requires accounting records to be kept. Analytics data stays in the analytics tools for the period set in their settings, and only if you accepted them. When the reason for keeping data has gone, we delete it.

You have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you (access);
  • have wrong data corrected (correction);
  • have your data deleted where there is no reason to keep it (erasure);
  • ask us to limit how we use it (restriction);
  • object to a use based on our legitimate interest (objection);
  • receive the data you gave us in a common format (portability);
  • complain to the supervisory authority.

To use any of them, write to info@company-in-liechtenstein.com. You may also withdraw a consent you gave, such as the analytics choice, at any time. Our bases are your consent for analytics cookies, the contract or steps you ask for before it for onboarding and payments, and our legitimate interest for the visit context of the forms.

Supervisory authority

The supervisory authority in Liechtenstein is the Datenschutzstelle (Data Protection Office), Kirchstrasse 8, 9490 Vaduz. It is named in Art. 9 of the Data Protection Act (DSG) of 4 October 2018, LGBl. 2018 Nr. 272, and Art. 51 of the GDPR provides for it. You may complain to it if you think we have handled your data wrongly. We would be glad if you wrote to us first.
